History.

The school was established on 15th day of November 1954. Late Hritu Charan Bhakta, one of the influential persons at that time, donated land and money. The school was upgraded as a secondary school in 1992. In the year 2005, the school was upgraded to higher secondary. The west Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Council approved Science, Arts and Commerce stream in H.S level. Vocational stream of two different trades have been introduced from secondary section onwards. Eco club, Sayang siddha group have also been formed in this school. The school is a coeducation one. The school was awarded as "Nirmal Vidyalay" in 2017 by the Govt. Of West Bengal. The school got recognition to introduce vocational courses in VIII+ and X+ level in the year 2008 which was first among the block. But it's our misfortune, that we could not arrange all the requirements though we tried heart and soul. ICT programme is going on smoothly.

The school is run by an approved Managing Committee, constructed by the rule framed by the School Education Department, Govt. Of West Bengal. The present managing committee tool the charge in 2019. The committee is as follow.

Our Campus.

The campus is situated over 2 acres of land. Three different school blocks having basic amenities was constructed. With the halp of Sarva Shiksha Mission and Govt.
